Members often enjoy perks like complimentary beverages (e.g., wine, champagne, tea), access to VIP lounge spaces, and the flexibility to customize their monthly treatments—ranging from facials and massages to IV drips, body sculpting, and nail services.
2. What treatments are included in the membership, and how often can I book them? Members can schedule one or more curated treatments each month. Available options include massage, facials, Japanese head spas, IV vitamin drips, and body contouring. Luxe and Elite memberships allow rollovers or upgrades from month to month.
3. How do cancellations, rollovers, or upgrades work? Cancel at any time, directly from your membership dashboard. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations to take effect. Any unused services, including rollovers, must be used before the end of the calendar month. No discounts or transfers will apply once a cancellation has been completed.
4. Can I pause my membership? Memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled with advance notice (30 days). Our memberships offer the flexibility to pause for a short period (1 month per year) if needed, preserving benefits like rollovers and transfers during the break.
