Terms and Conditions – Seraphine Referral Partner Program

Welcome to the Seraphine Wellness & Beauty Referral Partner Program (“Program”). By enrolling as a referral partner (“Partner”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and Seraphine Wellness & Beauty (“Seraphine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

1. Eligibility

  • To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • The Program is available only to individuals who comply with these Terms. Businesses and agencies may apply for partnership approval separately.

2. Enrollment

  • Partners must sign up through our ReferralHero.com portal and provide accurate contact and payment information.

  • Seraphine reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Referral Process

  • Partners receive a unique referral link/code to share with friends, family, and networks.

  • A referral is considered valid when a new client books and completes a qualifying service through the referral link/code.

  • Referrals must be genuine new clients. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activities will not qualify.

4. Rewards & Payments

  • Partners earn rewards as outlined in the Program dashboard (cash payouts, spa credits, or exclusive perks).

  • Payments are processed monthly, within 30 days of referral validation.

  • Partners are responsible for any tax obligations related to referral earnings.

5. Partner Responsibilities

  • You agree to promote Seraphine honestly, without misleading claims or spam.

  • You must not use paid advertising, fake accounts, or prohibited marketing practices to generate referrals.

  • Any misuse or fraudulent behavior may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Program Modifications

  • Seraphine reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

  • Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Seraphine is not responsible for technical errors, system downtime, or issues outside of our control.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seraphine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation at any time.

  • Upon termination, you will forfeit any unqualified or pending rewards.

​

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
